GROWING AND SEEDING
During the first 5 days, we use only organic products to feed this young seedling, in order to increase the capacity of the plant to last.
Here we use products that are certified and properly sealed from the factory, we never use products that may harm the environment or our clients.
To seed the plain matrixes that you see on right, we use a pneumatic machine that puts the seeds in the right place and deep, ensuring the health of the future plant, and reducing the manipulation with hard objects that might harm the seed.
We apply GAP's in all our field process, meaning that in all operation phases the product never touches the ground or are manipulated by our team without the proper food safety technics, reducing contamination of the final product to de minimum.
Also, the product is kept hydrated by our containers, which are sanitized constantly and covered in plastic bags inside to keep pollution and other antigens away.
All the seeds and agronomical supplies that we use in our crops are organically certified by USDA ORGANIC, annually audited, we don't use any harmful chemicals on the growing process.
SELECTION AND PACKAGING
We maintain a strict code of cleaning and disinfection in all our work areas, all our personnel is required to know and apply codes of uniform and dressing, reducing the chances of foreign objects to be packed by mistake.
All our packaging team is well trained in both aphids and defects detection, with the promise of quality always in mind, we select only the best herbs to be packed and dispatched to our clients.
